What if I need to modify my order?

You can make changes to your order within 2 hours after ordering. Unfortunately, the changes you make later will not be accepted for personalized products.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can change the address before shipping the product to you. You will learn by e-mail that the product is on its way to you. Please check your spam folder or whitelist our company

Can I get same day delivery?

All products in luxvelux are created under the best conditions and sold as the highest quality products. It’s always worth the wait

How to get a refund?

If your product is faulty, damaged and not as described, you can contact us via e-mail. Our customer representatives will contact you and your refund will be made within 7 working days, if necessary, after the review.

I lost my password, how can I login?
